RETURN & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All Kased Customs products are made to order and customized specifically for each client. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork before approval, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement and other design details. Once artwork has been approved, Kased Customs is not responsible for errors or changes reflected in the approved artwork.

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in displays, materials and printing methods.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact Kased Customs within 7 days of receiving it and include photos of the item(s). We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
