Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

All Kased Customs items are made to order. Our standard production time is approximately 2 weeks once payment is received and artwork is approved, unless otherwise noted. Production time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Kased Customs currently ships within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated on a project-by-project basis and will be included in your quote or invoice. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped, Kased Customs is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order. Rush production may be available depending on the project and is subject to an additional fee.

Local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders and will be discussed at the time of ordering.
